Why I love This Picture
Being a Liverpool Wedding Photographer means I get to take my camera to a lot of Top Liverpool Wedding Venues. One of my favourite wedding venues to photograph is Liverpool Town Hall. The Small Ballroom is the perfect place for a wedding ceremony and is simply stunning with its Chandeliers and massive ornate ceilings. The perfect place to say I do!
To me, being a wedding photographer is about capturing real moments from the day and the moment the groom turns around to greet his bride is certainly one part of the wedding day the bride and groom will never forget! As a wedding photographer, this is something I am determined to photograph well for my couples.
Liverpool Town Hall can cater for smaller more intimate weddings using the Small ballroom with up to 80 wedding guests sharing your happy day. If you are unsure how to create your wedding guest list, check out my Creating a Wedding Guest List article. Although smaller than the main Ballroom, it’s still an impressive space with 3 magnificent early 19th century chandeliers and its very own minstrel gallery! With a row of massive windows along one wall, it creates the perfect light for great photographs.
Liverpool Town Hall is perfect for couples who want a big wedding. The Main Ballroom features three of the finest Georgian Chandeliers in Europe and a sprung maple dance floor which is perfect for your first dance and evening reception. I love the two massive mirrors at opposite ends of the room, which creates a cool infinity reflection!! With space for up to 180 guests its perfect for your grand wedding. I love this photograph because it is the perfect moment when the happy couple sees each other for the first time. Both the bride and the groom must be so nervous, excited and probably a little scared all at the same time! In this photograph, you can see the bride is on cloud 9, and I love that the wedding guests are feeling the love too! The bride walking up the aisle with her father has to be the most intense and exciting part of the wedding day so it’s super important I capture this moment well. I am so happy with this photograph as the look on the bride’s face says it all! This will be one of the photographs the bride will treasure as time passes as its such an important moment from her wedding day.
