Former Warriors Striker Nyasha Mushekwi Weds Long-time Lover Arsema In A Intimate Wedding Ceremony
Former Zim Warriors striker Nyasha Mushekwi over the weekend married his Swedish fiance Arsema Ghebrehiwot at a ceremony held in Sweden.
Undeterred by the coronavirus-induced lockdown, China-based former Zimbabwe Warriors footballer Nyasha Mushekwi over the weekend exchanged marriage vows with his long-time Swedish girlfriend Arsema Ghebrehiwot in a small intimate wedding ceremony.
The intimate wedding ceremony was attended by only a few close relatives due to the Covid-19 outbreak and lockdown restrictions.
The two met during the time when Mushekwi played for the Swedish side Djurgadens before his move to China.
Mushekwi decided to take their relationship to the next level after getting engaged to Arsema in November 2018 at the scenic Seychelles mountainside.
According to My Zimbabwe, Mushekwi chose the paradise countryside of Seychelles, to formalize the engagement to the Swedish beauty. The two lovebirds were on holiday in Seychelles and took a helicopter ride to one of the Indian Ocean island’s most beautiful spots, sandwiched between mountains, for the engagement ceremony.
Mushekwi was once previously married to Luminitsa Dumbisa Jemwa before she left him for former President Mugabe’s step-son Russel Goreraza in 2011.
