Actor Gauahar Khan and choreographer Zaid Darbar are all set to tie the knot on December 25 and the internet can’t have enough of them. The couple is already winning hearts with their pre-wedding ceremony sneak peeks.
Khan and Darbar celebrated their Chiksa ceremony on Tuesday. It is a Muslim pre-wedding custom where Chiksa, a mixture of skin-nourishing ingredients, is applied on bride and groom to keep the evil forces at bay. While Khan showed up in bright yellow floral lehenga with colourful head accessory and earrings, Darbar wore a kurta of the same colour paired with white pants.
Khan had recently shared an invite for her December 25 wedding and had shared her love story. Gauahar and Zaid had met during the lockdown in a grocery store after which Zaid sent her a text and called the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Khan also shared the pictures and videos from the couple’s pre-wedding shoot.
Who is Gauahar Khan?
Gauahar Khan became the winner of the popular reality show, Big Boss in 2013. She had played supporting roles in well-known movies such as Begum Jaan, Badrinaath Ki Dulhania, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai and Ishaqzaade. Her role as Chand Bibi in Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer Ishaqzaade brought her huge fame. Her dance performance in the movie was the key factor. Before her debut in Hindi Film industry with Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year in 2009, the actor had her stint as a model too.
